第二段的第三行的时态用过去比较好，志愿者组织应该是过去就被建立起来的，所以把are改成were更好，后面的主语是they 所以starts的s去掉或用过去时started.
最后一段倒数第三行的disable是动词，要用disabled形容词。估计你是笔误。
