尽可能的睁大眼睛，总分460，噢耶，过了!425过四级，想起来复习的日子，厚厚的一本四级单词，还有十套题，其实我没背多少单词，题也只是考前做了几套。但是每天都看一部英文电影，锻炼听力，做题的时候，每个类型题都认真的分析，琢磨。作文也看过很多，这是我第二次考英语四级了，分析第一次的成绩，有听力，阅读，作文和翻译，这三部分我的得分都不高，一百二十多分，总分是358，这次我苦练听力，做阅读的时候也很认真，单词虽然没背完一本，但是也背了百页。

这次成绩比上次提高了一百多分，我也很高兴，也为自己感到自豪，我的作文和翻译部分不好，这次也不例外，听力和阅读都是一百七。

刚刚结束考试的时候感觉答的还不错，但是一想到单词没背完，心里也是没有底。回宿舍以后，室友都在讨论题目，每人的题目不同。室友也都考了，可惜的是算我总共两个人过了。问了问我以前的同学，也没有过，不过她们都是第一次考，还有机会。金大话英语培训网

Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them.
