一、根据幼儿的身心特点，选择合适的游戏方式

小班的幼儿，特别是刚入园的小朋友，情绪还不是很稳定，注意力不集中，所以教师要选择那种能够迅速吸引他们注意力的游戏，譬如：出示某件物品时，要营造一种神秘的气氛，引起他们的好奇心，然后慢慢地、假装吃力地将物品“拖”出来。游戏的形式要简单明了，最好是“one by one”(一个接一个)，老师蹲在小朋友前面，营造一种亲切温馨的氛围，给他们安全感，让宝宝觉得自己是被关注的。譬如：让小朋友逐个上来拍卡片，拍完后一一给他们鼓励和赞许，一个拥抱，一阵掌声，一次“GIVE ME FIVE”，都可以让他们幼小的心灵得到极大的鼓舞，从而为兴趣的培养奠定良好的基础。

经过小班一年的集体生活，中班小朋友的集体感和纪律感得到很大提升，可以选择一些比较活泼的游戏方式，譬如：

“大小声”游戏：根据卡片的高低来读。如果老师高高举起卡片，幼儿就大声读;老师将卡片变低位置，幼儿声音就随之变小。

“开火车”游戏：教师手持圆型方向盘，当火车头，玩开火车的游戏(可以伴有歌曲《The wheel on the bus》)。当火车开到任意幼儿面前停下时，表演所学单词的模拟动作，让幼儿来猜。或提问，请幼儿回答。幼儿回答正确可以上火车，火车再开往下一位小朋友面前，继续游戏。

“PASS THE MAGIC BAG”游戏：教师将幼儿所学习过的单词图卡放入magic bag中，听音乐玩游戏。当音乐响起时，幼儿从一边到另一边，一个接着一个的传递magic bag。当音乐一停，幼儿必须停下，这时手持magic bag的幼儿，在盒子中抽出一张图卡进行回答，对回答正确的幼儿给以表扬。

“UP AND DOWN”游戏：将幼儿图卡打乱顺序后发给每个幼儿一张，与幼儿一边说“Up and down. Up and down.”一边举起单词图卡做起立和坐下的动作。当老师发出“stop”的指令时，幼儿必须停下听命令，这时老师读出一个单词的名称，持有该单词的幼儿听到后要迅速站起来，并大声读出该单词，反应慢的幼儿刮鼻子。

二、培养兴趣是课堂教学有效性的基本保证
