我个人觉得四级要尽早报名，有高中的词汇底子，基本上就是胜利在望了。 我当时考四级的时候，就发现高中的词汇就差不多了，考起来会觉得很轻松，我们班当时基本上都是一次过得。六级的考试明显要比四级难的多，特别是有很多专业词汇呢。 至于考试紧张的这个问题，其实还是调整心态的。

1、平常心。

我特别喜欢《士兵突击》中吴哲常说的一句话“平常心”，你体会一下，真的很有道理。大学生了都是在考场上经过大风大浪的，四六级的考试也就是一场测试，不用过于紧张，哪怕是这次没考好，还可以继续考嘛，又不是什么“一锤子买卖”。

2、考试前缓和一下自己的精神状态。

长时间的复习会让自己一直“绷着一根弦”，其实这种就是精神紧张的一种状态，考试前天晚上就不要过于执着于新题了，回顾一下自己已经掌握的知识。我感觉有时候做题就是一种感觉“越做越顺手，有如神助”。

2、听力

听力部分 的分值为248.5分，占整张试卷的35%，作答时间为25分钟，需要达到的及格分数为149分。每次考试会有两套听力题目，需要使用专门的听力耳机，大家要提前准备电池、检查耳机等。

听力部分考试还是有一定技巧的，从分值分布来看，第三部分分值比重最大，每题14.2分，前两部分每题7.1分。所以说，即使前边没有进入状态，也不要慌，静下心来听后半部分，也是可以得高分的。

3、阅读

阅读部分的分值为248.5分，占整张试卷的35%，作答时间为40分钟，需要达到的及格分数为149分。阅读部分分值分布梯度性更加显著，选词填空每题3.55分，长篇阅读每题7.1分，仔细阅读每题14.2分。这样看来，侧重点就很明显了，首先要将仔细阅读做好，其次是匹配题，最后做选词填空。
