Nowadays, with the development of the technology, and the growth of the consumption levels among the common people, the number of vehicles increases dramatically in big cities. Therefore, more and more attention is paid into the various traffic problems. And finding out an effective method to deal with such sorts of problem is becoming a hot issue.

At first place, it is very clear to everybody that the traffic congestion appears more and more frequently in the cities, especially during the rush hours, and it gradually becomes a kind of threat to the students and elder people when they are going to school or doing the morning exercises. In addition, some people often violate the traffic rules, and might lead some serious accidents in the big cities.
