从上面的例子可见，书信作文不仅给出正文部分的内容的提纲，而且还给出书信各部分的弯差渣结构的框架。也就是说，我们只要考虑如何表达提纲部分的内容，而不用考虑书信的结构。

上面举的是私人信件的例子，下面我们再来看一封投诉信Letter of plaint。

投诉信的目的是为了让收信人读信后同情你的遭遇,解决你所遇到的问题。所以写投诉信时应该实事求是地反映情况，注意措辞，不使用过多的讽刺或责备的语言，也不要因为发泄怒气而离题，以避免引起收信人的不信任或反感。

一般而言，投诉信包括以下内容：提出要求和理由;解释详细的情况;把请求具体化以及希望收信人采取行动的日期等。例如：

Dear Sir or Madam:

I’m writing to plain about a typewriter I bought seven months ago.

我以过来人的经验和你必须面临的新题型谈谈我的看法.
今年英语四级考试要改革了,样卷在网上有,你自己去找找.主要的改变是:
1.先写作文.而且写好立刻收上去.
2.不考词汇题
3.不考完型填空,改考中译英.
4.阅读理解改为两个部分,快速阅读和精读
5.听力的比例增加
我的经验说一下:
1.我基本没有背单词,我考六级时也基本没有背
2.我很重视真题,在考四级时我在10月1号去了以后就每星期做一套真题,一星期之内把一套真题中所有的单词认识,虽然背不出来,但我看到就知道是什么意思了.然后在考前的两个星期内我又把真题上的错误的题目作成错题集,看了又看.最后在考前又把真题做了一遍.
3.我因为比较忙,所以没有时间做专项练习,你如果有时间可以针对自己的薄弱项目做专项训练的.这样能在保证良好成绩的基础上冲刺优秀
针对新题型提几点建议:
1.不要觉得旧的真题没有用了,其实不然,他的难度和词汇在那里是很值得我们参考的
2.听力和主观题增加了,这使的你必须对一些常用的单词熟练
3.现在四级不考语法了,不要在语法上白费工夫
最后,告诉你,四级真的不难,你只要好好做很容易就能过,想要成绩好一点那就加强查漏补缺,我想以你的态度你过四级肯定不成问题.我希望我的自身经验能对你有一点点帮助.我等你在12月25号考完后的好消息!!

听力:
还有就是经常保持语感,建议你多听英文材料,如果只是要过四级的话,建议听LISTEN TO THIS(中级听力)这是一般大学英语专业的教材,里面有很多情景对话,口音也十分丰富,建议每天泛听(不用每句都听懂).另外,听历年真题的听力部分,建议精听(每句都听懂为止).PS:只是过四级的话不用去的BBC,浪费时间.

作文:
研究范文的思路,背下经典的句子,自己研究几个作文的套句.开头,结尾怎么写,中间怎么写.研究一个万能结构.
比如说,开头:....is an issue that is discussed daily in both private and public section.引入文章主题.第一段:to begin with,接论据 .第二段,furthermore,接第2个论据. 第三段:last but not least 接第3个论据.结尾:personally, I fully sanction(认为).....接结论.

四级作文最重要--不要有语法错误,如果语法不太好,建议先看看语法书.

句子结构灵活多变,善用从句也是高分原则。

阅读:
由于考试时间有限,我个人认为没有必要全文通读,很浪费时间,因为有的段落不涉及到题目,我认为阅读技巧很重要,所以建议你去买本阅读技巧的书,然后用真题的阅读文章做练习.
还有不要养成一遇到不认识的单词就查字典的习惯,尽量根据前后文猜测意思.
我个人的习惯是:在阅读中不认识的单词,猜意思,如果陌生单词出现的频率高那证明它是常用词汇,这时再来查,并住意思,这样印象深刻一点.
养成不见陌生单词就查习惯,这样强迫自己在一难度较高的情况下做题,这样考试遇见陌生单词较多的文章也不会慌张了.

语法:
其实历年考的语法词汇或搭配也就百来个,很多考过的是重复的,所以强烈建议研究真题考过的词汇.并且买本王长喜的词汇做做.

最后,单词很重要,如果你想考高分的话,我的经历是,第一次6级只看了500个核心词汇但是做了N多套卷子才考503,第2次把6000词汇都背了,就做了3套真题(没有时间做题了)确考了655.所以吧,单词是基础~~~~~~
