七、赛前准备：

八、比赛形式：演讲
九、参赛要求：
1、参赛者思想端正，参赛作品积极向上并且普通话标准。
2、参赛者具有一定的语音表达能力，感情丰富。
3、所选作品体裁不限，切合主题，内容积极向上，具有时代气息，体现当代大学生风采。
4、朗诵时间为3--5分钟。
5、若有配乐或PPT，请自带mp3或U盘。
6、参赛选手到会场后在签到处签到,比赛正式开始后15分钟不到者视为弃权 。
十、评选细则：
评委评分细则(百分制，计算分值时，去掉一个最高分,去掉一个最低分,再累加后求平均值即为选手评委得分)
1：着装整齐，大方得体。【10分】
2：吐字清晰，普通话标准。【20】
3：表现力应变能力强，能活跃气氛。【20分】
4：观点鲜明，内容充实生动。【25】
5：具有创意性，演讲结构清晰，论据充足，逻辑性强。【25】
6：去掉一个最高分和一个最低分平均成绩为各选手最后得分。
十一、奖项设置：本次比赛将设定6个获奖名额，其中分别设一等奖一名、二等奖两名、三等奖三名、优胜奖4名。
十二、比赛程序：
