没有规定，有一些单词可以不用首字母大写。

实词 （名词动词形容词副词等）统统要开头大写， 虚词 （介词冠词）超过4个字母的话（比如behind，beneath）也要大写。也就是说，三个字母以下（包括三个字母）的虚词都是小写。但是标题开头的那个字不管多少个字母都要大写。

比如说《小菜一碟》，可以翻译成A Piece of Cake。
