领雁工程英语培训总结范文

转眼间两个月的“领雁工程”市级英语学科骨干培训班的生活即将过去，这是一个充实而忙碌的过程，也是一个充满挑战的经历，更是一次思想洗礼的历程。从走出师范的大门到现在，我已任教英语19年，经历的培训也不少，但这次在温州教师教育院和温二中经历的“领雁工程”培训，给我留下了深刻的印象。虽然每天都要早出晚归，但心头的感觉是幸福而又充实的，仿佛又回到了学生时代。

本次培训由温州教师教育院承办，从10月18日开始至12月18日结束，共有来自各县区农村一线的54位学员参训。培训内容分为两大部分，一部分是三周的集中培训，接受专家的理论指导;另一部分是中间一个多月的分组参加学校实践培训。整个培训活动安排合理，内容丰富，受益良多。

一、专家引领，思想的洗礼。

理论培训部分共有26位专家学者，其中特级教师6人，副教授5人，其他基本也都是市名师。他们的专业精神和专业修养都是十分令人钦佩的。

1、成长之路，艰难而幸福。

多位专家谈到了他们的成长历程，他们的经历让我真正明白了：任何鲜花、掌声的背后都是汗水和泪水的交织。我们往往在羡慕鲜花与掌声的时候，忘却了他们背后的艰辛与执着。

班主任陈丹萍老师，早年参加工作就开始享受着教研员、专家一次次“温柔的折磨”，她自己也不断给自己施压，经历了一次次磨课、赛课，从区教坛新秀市教坛新秀，再到温州教师教育院。其中的艰辛和乐趣同在。我当用她的一句话勉励自己：命运一直藏匿在我们的思想里，信念是一种无坚不摧的力量，当你坚信自己能成功时，你必定能成功。

2、专业精神，发人深思。

当代教育言论中，“促进教师专业成长”这句话出现的频率是相当的高，而这正说明了教师专业能力存在的缺憾。在见识了市里的一批专家学者的风采，我由衷地为他们的专业精神所倾倒。金浪，温州教师教育院教研员，年近五旬。但是她讲座时的激情洋溢，工作的一丝不苟，研究的深入细致，让我们赞叹不已。在她的上班时间当中，基本上是没有多少时间坐在办公室的，不是在学校听课，就是组织多种多样的教研活动;她在给我们作教师成长之我见《细节造就成功》-谈学生自主学习能力讲座时，让我们感受到她的激情和做研究工作的创新精神。我想：一个老师，到了这个程度，还需要天天提“促进教师专业成长”吗?

3、理念提升，知识更新。

温州作为浙江省经济发达地区，他们的教育理念也是走在前沿的。从教育信仰 源于实践有感而发、有效课研究堂、练习与试卷的设计和命题探讨到教师职业压力与心理保舰教师职业生涯规划……一堂堂渗透着教育智慧的讲座带给我们丰富的而系统的知识，提升了教育教学理念，更新了英语教学专业知识。其中，温州二中吴莎莎关于go for it!教材使用的几点体会让我们深深体会了教师勤于阅读、勤于交流的重要性;温八中吴月凡老师的《搭一座心桥》也给了我很大的启示。吴老师的相片人生用心良苦呀，这里面包含着老师多少的艰辛和心血。设想若干年后孩子长大了，当他们翻开这一页页时是多么的令人感动，一切仿佛就在昨天。

一场场精彩的讲座，一个个精辟的报告，让我有醍醐灌顶之感。理论，让我再一次审视自己曾经的所为;理论，也让我再一次重新定位了自己;理论，让我的视野变得更为开阔，让我的思想变得更为先进，更让我的心灵得到了洗礼。

二、实践体验，无限的精彩

这次培训对象都是在职教师，在我们的身上有需要放弃的，也有需要重建的，但更需要的是提高和整合。因此培训工作要扎深根，这个根，一是课堂深处，二是教师心灵深处。扎根课堂就是贴近课堂教学的实际，用理念灌注课堂;扎根教师心灵，就是激活教师的内在需求，使教师积极主动地参加实践锻炼。这次培训实践阶段，我们分成了9个实践小组，每小组4-9人，实施“导师制度”，即每小组在相关的实践基地学校配备了一名实践导师。“导师制”可谓是双管齐下，既保证了对学员理论上的指导，也保证了实践环节的无限精彩。

我们的实践基地温州二中海坛校区文化底蕴深厚，师资力量雄厚，教学质量过硬，是温州市的“轻负高质”示范校。走进校园，环境整洁朴实，处处渗透着浓厚而独特的文化气息;校园面积不大，却得到了充分的利用，魅力一览无遗。

在温州二中海坛校区实践的几个星期，也是我从教这么多年来，集中听课、交流、反思最多的一个阶段。学校指派了3名指导教师，全部具有中学高级职称，其中吴莎莎是省名师，曾获全国园丁奖。我的实践导师孙如媛老师省级名师，英语组组长，孙老师的思路缜密，课堂主线清晰，语气亲切自然，非常注重与学生的交流和对学生的纠错，提问自然且有针对性，还注重对学生课外的阅读，坚持让学生写作练习从不间断，学生的主体性得到充分的体现，其风格自成一派。从老师身上我们看到什么才叫大师风范，感觉与自己的差距非常地大，无论平时上什么形式的课，老师都经过了精心的设计。“备课一定要认真，上课一定要积极，课堂一定要有教学的主线”是孙老师经常挂在嘴边的一句话，孙老师说自己每节课都是精心准备，非常认真思考过的。平时工作繁忙还经常到外地开课，亲切和蔼，见解独到，除了认真为我们上示范课外，还经常和我们一起探讨教学中的困惑，解答教学中的疑难，分析学生学习中存在的问题等等，在教学之路上指引我们前进的方向，帮助我们扫除困惑和彷徨!

我非常珍惜此次的学习机会，用双眼仔细地观察着，用心灵仔细地聆听着，从导师身上，我学到了名师对教育事业孜孜不倦的追求，对学生谆谆教导的不悔。

我不仅多次认真参加指导老师和学员的听课，评课活动，还精心设计并执教了unit7period1，得到了指导老师全力的指导和组员的帮助。在这个过程中，我仿佛有回到了刚毕业时那种执着磨课的时刻，一次次的修改，一次次的讨论交流让我获益匪浅，印象深刻。

在温二中实践阶段，还观摩了他们学校的“广播体操入队仪式比赛”、“运动会开闭幕式”等系列活动、学校特色项目“羽毛球”训练开展情况，感受了该校扎扎实实的办学风格，体会了该校领导教师一丝不苟的工作作风，非常感谢二中的热情接待，也见识了他们紧张忙碌的工作氛围。

三、同伴交流，快乐的.切磋。

本次培训，汇聚了温州市各县区农村中学的骨干教师，每位培训教师都有丰富的教学经验，教学的外部条件也非常相似，但也存在着许多的差异，为我们之间的相互交流提供了很好的一个交流平台。因此，成员之间的互动交流成为每位培训人员提高自己教学业务水平的一条捷径。在培训过程中，我积极与其他学员之间的交流，并在交流过程中，了解到各区县的新课程开展情况，并且注意到他们是如何处理新课程中遇到的种种困惑，以及他们对新课程教材的把握与处理。在培训中，我们不断地交流，真正做到彼此之间的相互促进，共同提高。在小组讨论中，学员们畅所欲言，许多提出的观点和问题，都是农村英语教学中的实际问题，引起全体学员的一致共鸣的同时，也得到专家们的重视，他们的回答也给了我们很好的启示，对于我们今后的教学有着积极的促进作用。

四、反思提升，成长的动力。

本次培训除了听专家讲座、名师开课、名家点评、小组磨课，还有教研组活动设计，诊断课和提高课教学设计等任务驱动型作业，在这些活动中，让我不断地反思比较自己以及地域之间的差异性，希望从中能更好地寻找差距，更好地成长。

1、教育的发展需要教师教师强烈的事业心和责任心，这是由教师工作的特殊性决定的。在培训的两个月中，我们走了6所学校，各校都能深深感受到教师那忙碌的工作状态，他们到校之后基本上就没有多少空闲的时间，批作业、写教案、反思课堂教学、讨论学生教育……而在小组评课上课当中，我们的组员也体现了更多的专业精神和专业能力，这些反差的出现，我想内在的原因是事业心和责任心!

2、平时工作要认真观察，及时反思，要善于从工作细节中发现问题。我们教师平时总说写论文、搞课题难，脑子里空空如也，其实那些名师跟我们普通教师差不多，只不过他多了一双善于观察的眼睛、一个善于总结反思的大脑，还有一点他们做得非常好，那就是他们反思很及时，很注意趁热打铁。

3、要多看书、多找资料、多学习。其实特级教师、名师都是从普通教师成长起来的。他们与我们一般教师很大的不同点就是喜欢看书(包括教育类和非教育类的书)。

4、磨课是教师成长的必经之路。到温州听到最多的是“磨课”二字，从温海滨老师接受教研员几十次“温柔的折磨”再到浙派名师一丝不苟的上课，从各区县教研员大谈磨课经到我们实践学员一次次磨课的经历，让我们深刻体会到“磨课“其实是促进教师专业成长最好的途径，这不仅仅是上好一堂精彩课，更是教师全方位提高自己的素质的平台。

充实忙碌的时间往往会过得很快，两个月的时间已近尾声。带着几分留恋，几分回味，两个月的培训是短暂的，但是留给我的记忆与思考是永恒的，通过这次培训，使我提高了认识，理清了思路，找到了自身的不足之处以及与一名优秀教师的差距所在，对于今后如何更好的提高自己必将起到巨大的推动作用，我将以此为起点，让“差距”成为自身发展的原动力，不断梳理与反思自我，促使自己不断成长。

几分收获，我反思着自己的差距和不足。此次培训并不是学习的终结，而是今后不断学习提高的开始。
